Jellycat Amuseables Horatio Pistachio 14cm

Amuseables Horatio Pistachio comes from a fine family. He¡¯ll tell you (politely!) that pistachios are technically seeds, not nuts, and that his lineage traces back to an orchard in southern Italy.

Despite the grand name, Horatio¡¯s always been shy ¨C until a craft chocolate course helped him come out of his shell. Now, whether hand-rolling truffles to pouring viral Dubai-style slabs, he¡¯s happiest in the kitchen: sticky, smiling, and confident.

He¡¯s brought you a batch to try. Be kind ¨C he¡¯s still learning to temper!
